2025 FACULTY RESEARCH COLLOQUIUM "STRENGTHENING THE SOCIAL IMPACT OF RESEARCH"

The 2025 Faculty Research Colloquium, held under the distinguished theme “Strengthening the Social Impact of Research,” culminated in resounding success, driven by the meticulous planning and unwavering dedication of its organizers. Ms. Fe S. Dullavin, Director of the Center for Research Development, and Publications under the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, Quality Assurance, Linkages, and International Affairs—headed by Dr. Edsel R. Umali—spearheaded this grand academic endeavor.
A total of ten program proposals were presented during the event, with over seventy (70) faculty researchers actively participating, demonstrating their commitment to scholarly excellence and research advancement.
The colloquium was divided into two segments: the Plenary Talk, featuring Dr. Romell Ramos, University Director of the University of Batangas, as the Resource Speaker; and the afternoon Faculty Research Colloquium, which welcomed the following esteemed panel of reactors:
- Dr. Leslie Anne Liwanag, Associate Professor, De La Salle University
- Mr. Jesse Nicavera, Senior Research Specialist, National Research Council of the Philippines
- Dr. Miriam Baltazar, Professor VI, Cavite State University
