Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
Major in Human Resource Development Management
The program is intended for students who desire to specialize and pursue a career in Personnel Administration of Human Resource World to help local or multinational company maximize its competitiveness through its manpower.
The core course enhances the managerial and strategic planning skills of the students. It provides them a background to be successful HR professionals, finding and keeping the right people and how to manage human resources effectively. It highlights important issues in current HRM practices that emphasize how the HRM functions can help the companies gain a competitive advantage.
Major in Marketing Management
A business discipline which is focused on the practical application of marketing techniques and the management of a firm’s marketing resources and activities.
The curriculum design is highly innovative. It provides the students with an in-depth understanding of marketing strategies and techniques that can be applied to strengthen company growth and positioning. It enhances the analytical skills of students to achieve marketing objectives.
The program is intended for the students who desire to specialize and pursue a career in marketing industry. Specifically, it trains student to become efficient practitioners in the different areas of marketing particularly promoting consumer products, product and brand management, pricing and distribution.
Major in Operations Management
The curriculum is designed to provide the students with the knowledge and skills needed to respond to the rapidly changing business environment. It prepares the students to interpret the economic and business implications of a changing global environment and assures them a broader and global perspective in different functional areas of business operations such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling the operations of a company or organization among other duties.
