CSC Review Classes, Final Coaching, & Send-off Ceremony

The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (PLMun) Human Resources Development and Management Office (HRDMO), in partnership with the Carl Balita Review Center (CBRC) conducted the Civil Service Examination (CSE) 2022 Review Class and Final Coaching on 07 to 10 March 2022, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at the 3rd Floor of the Research and Learning Resource Center (RLRC).

The Review Class was free of charge and offered to the City Government of Muntinlupa employees. A total of 34 employees from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (PLMun) and 68 employees from the different departments of the City Government of Muntinlupa participated in the review class.

The lecturers from CBRC led the extensive discussion on salient topics/subjects such as Math, English, Logic, and General Information.

To cap off the review classes, a holy mass and send-off ceremony for CSE takers was conducted on 11 March 2022 at the PLMun Chapel.

After the Holy Mass, the Vice President for Administration, Finance, & Planning,Engr. Cynthia T. Meneses, Vice President for Student Life and Development, Dr. Danilo B. Solayao, and Vice President for Research, Extension, Quality Assurance, & Institutional Linkages, Dr. Rowena G. Dela Cruz shared encouraging and inspirational messages to the takers.

They encouraged the takers to entrust the examination and the result to the Almighty God. The reviewees already did their best and it’s time for them to let God do the rest.

Afterward, Mr. Sherwin C. Esteron, a PLMun faculty member and one of the CSE takers also shared a message to his colleagues. He noted that the results of the mock exam may have affected their confidence but he challenged them to use it positively. Through the results, they are now aware of their weakness which they further develop into strengths.

In closing, the Prefect of Student Organizations and one of the faculty members of the College of Teacher Education (CTE), Dr. Darwin Carmelina offered a special prayer for the takers.

The Carl Balita Review Center (CBRC) is a centralized review center located in various regions in the Philippines. Its goals focuses on strengthening the knowledge and capability of students in certain PRC-licensed examinations in the Philippines.
