THIRD RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT COLLOQUIUM

The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa proudly participated in the 3rd Research and Development Colloquium, organized and facilitated by the City Government of Muntinlupa through the City Planning and Development Office. The event was honored by the presence of Mayor Ruffy Biazon and Dr. Adoracion Navarro, Senior Research Fellow at the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS), who both served as keynote speakers and delivered insightful addresses that set the tone for the colloquium.
Dr. Roden A. Samson, Program Director of the Master of Arts in Educational Management at the Graduate School and Research Focal Person of the College of Arts and Sciences, presented his scholarly work titled “Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Capability of the City Government of Muntinlupa: Basis for an Enhanced Disaster Management Program.” His paper was one of the four selected research studies after the rigorous evaluation process.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Samson for this commendable achievement and his valuable contribution to the advancement of local governance and disaster preparedness.
