4th Quarter Employees’ Convocation

As part of the University’s celebration of its 30th Founding Anniversary, with the theme, PLMun @ 30: Sustaining Excellence and Transformation, PLMun through the Human Resource Development and Management Office (HRDMO) conducted the 4th Quarter Employees’ Convocation yesterday 16 December 2021 at the 3rd Floor of the Research and Learning Resource Center (RLRC).
PLMun is delighted to have Bro. Michael Angelo Lobrin as the guest speaker at this event. Bro. Lobrin is an actor, tv host, best-selling author, and motivational/inspirational speaker. He has appeared in multiple TV Series including Tsuperhero, Pari 'Koy, and Pamilya Roces, to name a few. He is also the host of the TV Show Go Negosyo.
The Convocation was an event full of laughter and wisdom brought by the message of the Speaker. Bro. Lobrin emphasized the significance of appreciation and gratitude. He also shared 4Ds to bring out the best in an organization:
1. Discover
2. Dream
3. Design
4. Deliver
Further, he shared the Tripartite foundations:
1. Shared Responsibility
2. Accountability
3. Productivity
In closing, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Ramonito A. Mesina expressed his appreciation to all the employees who attended as well as the facilitators of the event.
