University Annual Conference 2023

The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa will hold its University Annual Conference on July 31 to August 4, 2023 at the Heroes' Hall, 3rd Floor, Rizal Building.
The landscape of education in the country has become increasingly complex especially in the post-pandemic era. Higher education institutions have been challenged to provide quality education amid persistent issues with regard to access to learning, the well-being of faculty and students, and the overall need for schools to be safe spaces.
With the theme "Fostering Quality Education and Ethical Workplace Culture", the week-long conference will prepare faculty and staff for the opening of Academic Year 2023-2024 and will feature relevant talks and training sessions by special guests.
For the plenary session, Maria Elissa J. Lao, DPA, Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science and Director of the University Gender and Development Office, Ateneo de Manila University will provide the keynote entitled "Quality, Ethics, and Inclusivity."
Jay Boy E. Evaño, LPT, MAEd, Public Schools District Supervisor at the Department of Education will conduct a training on "Test, Measurement, Assessment, and Evaluation" to help our faculty members handling general and major courses.
Almira Xenia Cunado, LPT, will lead a workshop on "Communication at Work" intended specifically for the professional development of administrative employees.
Joi Marie Angelica M. Indias, MA, Assistant Professor and Chair at the Department of Fine Arts, Ateneo de Manila University, will discuss "Interdisciplinary Teaching Approaches" to help the faculty with the effective delivery of courses through the use of different perspectives, methods, approaches, and sources.
Through this conference, the academic and administrative staff shall gain much needed insights and lessons to help them with their work and commitment for the University.
