The City Government of Muntinlupa warmly welcomed the PLMun Management Committee

The City Government of Muntinlupa warmly welcomed the PLMun Management Committee at the flag-raising ceremony conducted this morning at the City Hall Quadrangle.

PLMun is celebrating its 30th Founding Anniversary, with the theme, â€œPLMun at 30: Sustaining Excellence and Transformation.â€ The members of the PLMun ManCom, led by the University President, Dr. Raymundo P. Arcega, CESE, sang the PLMun Hymn while the PLMun Blck Mvmnt presented an interpretive dance.

Dr. Arcega emphasized that PLMun stood strong and continued despite challenges brought by the pandemic.

He also presented Certificates of Appreciation to Engr. Dhynadelle Aranda, Ms. Elizabeth A. Gaviola, Atty. Roderick B. Tagnia, Coun. Luisito Arciaga, and Atty. Raul Corro for their active support on PLMun plans and programs.

Cong. Ruffy Biazon and Mayor Jaime Fresnedi also greeted PLMun. Mayor Fresnedi shared the historical background of PLMun, formerly known as Muntinlupa Polytechnic College, where he also became one of the faculty members. He also acknowledged the efforts of former Mayor Ignacio â€œTotingâ€ Bunye in putting up this school.

PLMun is grateful to the City Government for the opportunity to promote its 30th Founding Anniversary and involve the City in the momentous event and milestone for the University.
