As we celebrate the joyous season of Christmas, I extend my warmest greetings to the entire PLMun community—the Board of Regents, the Management Committee, the Advisory Academic Council (AAC), our dedicated faculty and staff, our resilient students, our committed partners, and all who continue to support the University's mission. Christmas is a season of hope, gratitude, and renewal. It reminds us that even amid challenges, there is always light to guide our path and inspire us to move forward with faith and compassion. This year, we have witnessed the remarkable strength, unity, and commitment of our community in advancing quality education and responsive public service. For this, I express my heartfelt appreciation. 

May this Christmas bring peace to our hearts, joy to our families, and clarity to our purpose as we continue working together for a better, stronger, and more vibrant PLMun. Let us welcome the coming year with renewed energy, optimism, and a shared dedication to fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and service.
