Demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence, the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (PLMUN) has been recognized as one of the top-performing schools in the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) field. Achieving a Top Performing School (TPS) rating of 91.44%, PLMUN secured 7th place among the 14 schools honored by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HREAP).
The CHRA is a 3-hour examination divided into two sets: 1) Recruitment and selection, workplace learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, job analysis and design, and risk management; 2) Labor and HR-related laws.
In this examination taken by the PLMun students, it is fair to acknowledge the Dean of College of Arts and Sciences, Dr. Erickson Amion along with his faculty, as well as Dean and Program Chair of the College of Business Administration, Dr. Carmencita Elauria and Prof. Gemini Gabon for honing the students for this achievement.
Dr. Elauria and Prof. Gabon accepted the award on behalf of PLMUN during the ceremony held on October 25, 2024, at the Infinity Ballroom, F1 Hotel Manila, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
The acceptance of recognition for top-performing universities highlights the commitment to excellence in education.
