The Center for Quality Management and Development now opens the Client Satisfaction Monitoring for the Final Institutional Assessment (1st Semester A.Y. 2023-2024)

The Employee and Student Portals now feature the Client Satisfaction Monitoring Form. Please indicate how satisfied you are with the Final Institutional Assessment that was just completed. The results of this CSM will be applied to enhance our evaluation process even more.
