Employees Step Up to Lead on the 123rd Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service

In commemoration of the 123rd Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service, PLMun conducted the Employee’s Leadership Immersion Day which took place on 26 September 2023. Employees from the different offices of the University were nominated by their respective Deans, Heads and Vice Presidents to step into the shoes of their superiors and assume their duties for one day.
The following were nominated dedicated employees who accepted the challenge and assumed the duties of their Heads for the day:

The Employee’s Leadership Immersion Day, led by the Human Resource Development and Management Office, was an innovative approach in celebrating the Civil Service Anniversary. It not only honored the legacy of public service but also recognized the potential of employees to become future leaders of the University.
