The PLMun University Administrative Council, together with the non-teaching personnel of all offices, attended the Welcome Program (afternoon session) for the New University President, Dr. Raymundo P. Arcega, CESE. It was conducted on 04 November 2021, on the 3rd floor of the PLMun Research and Learning Resource Center.

As PLMun enters into a new journey, Ptr. Teddy Presnedi shared a message from the Word of God on times and seasons. HRDMO Head, Atty. Ma. Esmeralda Aguinaldo delivered the welcome remarks while Dr. Elena E. Presnedi, President Emeritus, introduced the new University President. It was followed by the acceptance message and session with Dr. Arcega.

Ms. Melissa Untalan, Finance Officer, delivered the closing message.

Proper health and safety protocols were observed during the said event.
