In Loving Memory of Dr. Angel Alcala

The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa is deeply saddened by the passing of CHED’s first Chairman, and the founding Chairman of the National Network for Quality Assurance Agencies (NNQAA), Dr. Angel C. Alcala.
Dr. Alcala, a National Scientist, was also the former Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and the former President of the Siliman University.
He will always be remembered as one of the greatest, kindest, humblest, and most inspiring leaders of our nation.
