The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) shall provide academic and administrative support to instruction to enable it to attain its educational mandate.
The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) would be completely automated and would be able to provide on-line services to students/clientele. Spur academic and technical excellence among studentry.
No student shall enroll in any college without the permission of the College Dean; here the student is primarily enrolled.
No student enrolled in any other institution shall be admitted to cross enroll in the University without written permit from the Dean of the College or Registrar. The permit shall indicate the total number of units of the subject/s to be taken and its course description.
Written permit or endorsement comming from the Dean of College/Registrar must be given to any student who wants to cross enroll to another institution. Cross enrollment will only be allowed if the subject/s to be taken is not offered in the University and the consent of their respective Dean.
The allowable semestral load for a regular student should be the one prescribed in the propectus per semester of each College.
The maximum load for a working student should be fifteen(15) units.
A graduating student may be permitted an additional subject load of not more than six (6) academic units in excess of the normal load specified by the school for the semester upon the recommendation of the Dean of the College/Registrar who will assess his/her scholastic capabilities.
The maximum load for summer classes is nine (9) units.
NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY SUBJECT TAKEN WHICH IS NOT LISTED IN THE REGISTRAR'S COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE OF MATRICULATION, WITHDRAWAL/DROPPING/ADDING OF SUBJECTS (LOAD REVISION FORM)
A student may officialy drop from a subject enrolled during the semester not later than two (2) weeks after the start of classes. He/She must request withdrawal form from the Registrar's Office and have it signed by the concerned professor to be passed to the Registrar for approval. He/she will thus receive a FINAL GRADE of W (withdrawn) in the report of final grade and Master List of Grades and will be recorded in the Transcript of Records (OTR).
Dropping from a subject without official approval will result to a FAILURE in that subject.
One week before the midterm the student may still be allowed to drop a subject. He/she may secure dropping form from the Registrar's Office to be signed by the professor concerned and the Registrar for approval. Failure to drop officially would mean a failing grade for the subject.
If a student withdraws after ¾ of the total number of hours prescribed for the course has already lapsed, his/her professor may submit a grade of 5.0, if his class standing up to time of his withdrawal is below 3.0.
A student can add subjects within the prescribed period which is stated in the Academic Calendar / Schedule of Load Revision and to be determined by the Registrar provided that;
