VISION
Effectively manage the human resource functions of the University to ensure compliance, quality recruitment, efficient benefits and compensation administration, staff development opportunities, maintains responsible, discipline and God fearing manpower.

Administrative Support of the HRMO is to provide service for academic and non-academic needs of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa. Those services are in the areas of Personnel Recruitment and Hiring, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Equal Opportunity, Records, Human Resource Reconcillation, Training and Development Communications, Risk Management, Personnel Evaluation and Inventory Management, Records and Retention Management.

.:: Employee Assistance Program
The EAP is a professional, confidential service available to all faculty and staff to help you and your family members resolve personal problems which may affect your health, relationships or work performance. In addition to these services, the EAP offers work,life advice and referral services for issues such as child care or help with an elderly parent. You can access these services at any time via confidential self referral.
The HRMO with the help of existing Government institutions and licensed guidance counselor will do its best to help employees who may need this kind of assistance.
.:: Student Employment Guide
The Office of the Human Resource Management has prepared this guidelines to familiarize prospective student applicants with policies and procedures employing students at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa. This site is designed to inform students about the process of finding employment as well as educating students about what is expected of them over the term of their employment. It is also designed to inform us about existing government guidelines in relation to employing students.
The policies and procedures herein pertain to all student hires whether funded through university work-study, government grants or institutional funds.
We hope that the information contained herein will be helpful to those involved in the student employment process. Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays to assist you with your employment needs. .:: Student Employment Policy
The University may employ students to fill specific needs during each academic year. We have two categories of student employment opportunity namely Working Students (WS) and Student Assistant (SA). To be eligible for on-campus employment, students must pursue a full course of study. A full course of study is defined as 18 units enrolled during semesters. Students are allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours a week for the SA and 30 hours for the WS. Students who are enrolled during the summer may work provided they have proof of enrollment for the 2nd semester. Student employee must start as SA before they could be elevated as WS. Student work must not interfere with their class schedule.
